Supply chain

This service publishes a CycloneDX SBOM from the build pipeline: /supply-chain/sbom

Deploy notes

• Edge proxy config lives in /etc/edge/proxy.conf.
• The proxy's admin API is loopback-only. It was moved off the default port after a collision with a local dev tool, so don't assume 2019.
• On-call rotation reads its digest from a file next to the proxy config.
